What I Call Tips for Corporate Hustling #3 Part 2

I have to add to a blog I wrote a few days ago. I just want to clarify my comments when I wrote:

"A smart business person forms strategic partnerships. A not so savvy business person will try to be selfish and do it own their own. Moving solo is great,  but why not have a team to enhance your strengths and turn your weakness around for your advantage."

I may outsource and ask others for their help via partnerships, but that doesn't mean I don't have the know-how or resources to get things done my-damn-self! That's a smartER business person!

A smarter business person forms strategic partnerships, but also knows how to get things done themselves in case people don't come through and flake! I form partnerships to enhance strengths and/or turn weaknesses around. I have hundreds of tasks to focus on with any given day. I can sit here and do it all myself if I had to, but I chose to hire people because it saves me time, and time is money!  But don't expect me to keep dishing out my money to you if you are not going to give me quality service, quality product and timely delivery of services that I need. Also don't expect me to rely solely on you either because too many have let me down...especially recently.

I have no patience so if you are going to make me wait, which will result in lost time and money,  I will find another way to get it done without the back and forth with you. I am a hard worker so I hope the people around me understand that I expect the same quality in return if we are doing business together. 

People tend to feel threatened just because they see people who are going places in life. They start to withhold information with regard to the services and help you hired them for because they don't want you know what they know. What they don't realize is that holding back will only help you get left behind if the person you feel threatened by is successfully moving on in life anyway. Be supportive of others and maybe you will go where they are going too and that's to the top! It really doesn't always matter who gets there first. What's more important that everyone can make it at their own pace! I'm pretty sure when making it to the top was design, it was made with more than enough room for many to come. 

Hopefully this blog won't be taken as an ego trip or anything of that nature, but more so will serve as a mental note for some of my associates and acquaintances. I just feel that it is sometimes necessary to address my strengths in short so people don't get it twisted and try to take advantage of me. Screwing me is only screwing your own self because I only have the best intentions and what goes around comes around! I am resourceful so I can find whatever I need without your help to be quite frank. So just do your job well and you won't have to worry about me taking over.

Also, if you try to rip me off or play me you have another thing going. I am an analytical person so I am always thinking ahead! So just because I don't make you fully aware that I am fully aware of your b.s., doesn't mean you don't have another thing coming when you try me. My blood boils when I am mad so there is no telling what damage I will do. I pride myself in working hard, being fair, having standards and acting ethically. If you can't act with the same integrity and professionalism then don't do business with me!
